Tacit coalitions or groups of people who share some, but not all, political or social positions, primarily congregate online (though not exclusively), and often come together as a swarm to act in unison. Networked factions maintain these coalitions using shared phrases, hashtags, memes, or similar media. These factions can form and dissolve according to the political or social context. Networked faction is a Casebook value under the "Attribution" variable in the code book.
